Each ministry has a principal function and it function is to see that it members and the church fully equipped with the Gospel of Jesus. The goal of each Leader is to see that their ministries run smoothly and effectively while promoting the church’s goals and mission.

Leaders of Calvary Deliverance Church are expected to operate within the five – fold ministries as described in Ephesians 4. To demonstrate the self discipline instructed in Colossians 3.

Towards this end, it is mandatory that leaders of the church agree to be held accountable to all Biblical and ethical standers, and agree to pursue a life of holiness as outlined below:  

• Live a life in Holy Spirit and the requirements of the scriptures regarding ethics, integrity, and moral purity.
• Maintain a life of sexual integrity.
• Live a life a marital fidelity as outlined in the Scriptures.
• Walk in integrity and model financial accountability in ministry and personal affairs.
• In every area of life, abstaining from anything that might be improper, or give the suggestion of impropriety, so to remain above reproach and note cause the brethren to stumble.
